Nature of this website
This website describes UpManagement and its seven sector companies. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest or other investment, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
No fund, investment vehicle, size, target, commitment or return is described or offered on this site. Where a company’s business involves sponsoring or advising investment vehicles, any offering would be made only to eligible persons by definitive offering documents, and only when permitted by law.
The entities
UpManagement is the parent company of UpManagement Keystone LLC, UpManagement Blueprint LLC, UpManagement Hearth LLC, UpManagement Span LLC, UpManagement Bastion LLC, UpManagement Crucible LLC and UpManagement Guild LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company wholly owned by UpManagement.
Each entity is legally separate. No entity guarantees, controls or is responsible for the obligations of another, and the use of the shared UpManagement name does not imply otherwise. Contracts are entered into only in the exact legal name of the entity concerned.
Platforms in formation
UpManagement Bastion, UpManagement Crucible and UpManagement Guild are platforms in formation. Their facility clearances, investment adviser registrations, accreditations, program approvals and licenses, as applicable, are not yet in place and are not represented as held. Descriptions of what these companies will do are statements of intent, not of current operations.
